YouTube Copyright Protection Broken

Looks like YouTube’s copyright protection system still has a few glitches. I was hunting down some videos today and spotted a particular clip from a UK television show with a warning across the top stating it was no longer available due to copyright infringement.
As you can see from the screencap below the warning is clearly visible as is the video clip, and yes it played in full.
