Tiscali 8Mb Broadband Sucks

This clip shows a very unhappy Tiscali Broadband customers speed - granted he uses a server in Moscow to test it on but even so, it’s as slow as a week in the jail.
OK, OK, I know he isn’t going to get the full speed but this connection isn’t far off dial-up (exaggeration) but that’s how it would feel if I was using it - in fact I couldn’t surf the net with such a slow connection, it would drive me nuts.
