National Lottery Website

Being the hermit and lazy sod that I am I try and find ways to run my life from in front of my PC. Banking, shopping, online billing etc. So I joined the National Lottery website as a registered user.
It is hopeless. At least half the time I try to access the site it is offline and unavailable.

Just like it is right now when I want to buy tickets for tonights draw.
Considering the amount of profit Camelot make I’d have thought they’d have a first class online service. Unfortunately that isn’t the case and I need to take a stroll to the local Co-op to buy my tickets for tonight. 
As an afterthought perhaps they want me to spend more money as they already have £20 of mine in my online account.
