Is This Safe Searching?

I had read an article a few weeks back that talked about poor filtering of adult related stuff on Google even with the SafeSearch filter turned on.
I was a little surprised at the options at the bottom of a search for the British celeb Bianca Gascoigne, “Searches related to: bianca gascoigne” shows us a few alternatives, now remember the SafeSearch filter IS turned on:
bianca gascoigne pics
bianca gascoigne pictures
bianca gascoigne no knickers
bianca gascoigne pussy
bianca gascoigne knickerless
bianca gascoigne nuts
bianca gascoigne loaded
colleen shannon

Why would Google think it’s alright to show related searches like this?
Maybe it has something to do with the fact google.co.uk is pretty messy these days, it’s like spam central to be honest and the amount of unrelevant results is growing by the day.
