Over the past year or so the inmates at the Filipino jail Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) have become internet stars with their non-violent approach to rehabilitation - dancing.
We’ve seen them do Jump, Do the Hustle, Thriller and Radio Gaga. Now it’s time for the inmate to do it MC Hammer style.
