Cops Breaking The Law Caught On Camera

I have no idea what the guy with the video camera was up to but he spots an illegaly parked cop car and decides to wait and challenge the officers driving it and thinks it’s a good idea to point out there infraction.
As you’d expect they act like a pair of pricks but the camera man doesn’t give up and continues to film them commiting more traffic offences.
Entertaining to say the least
