This helpful officer of the law is certainly getting an eyeful here. The only person he seems to be helping here is himself to a look at the woman’s fine ass. Or maybe he was looking for an leakage under the car…….hehe!!
Can’t fault him, I’d have done exactly the same thing myself though I would have made sure no one caught me in the act!!!
