29th Annual Mooning of Amtrak

Apparently there is an annual event called, “Mooning Amtrak” - it all started as a dare back in 1979 and for some strange reason has continued to this day.
It takes place along the chain link fence adjacent the train tracks, across the road from the Mugs Away Saloon, Laguna Niguel, Orange County, California.
