Just a quick update to let the Bright Black loyal know it will be business as usual from Monday. The server switch was a breeze thanks to the guys at Choopa - who took care of everything, and I mean everything.

In the eight years I’ve been in this business I’ve dealt with a few hosts in my time but none were as helpful nor as quick as this crew of techs. Beers all rounds fellas.

Just one or two small jobs to take care of tomorrow before the doors reopen this Monday.

I’m sorry to report that I’ve been left with no option but to switch server which means there will be no posts for a few days until the transfer is complete.

I’ll be amazed if anyone even manages to read this message as the server keeps crashing and is only coming back online after rebooting.

I’m hoping the move won’t take more than a day or two after which normal service shall resume.

Today has been a bit of a rollercoaster in the world of Mr BBI. The day started off pretty well and traffic came with a bang after Extra Mustard linked to the Mariah pics, another site of mine was earning by the truck load thanks to the Burger King sponsored viral video Sizzling Soccer.

Times were good - for less than an hour! The Extra Mustard traffic took down the dedicated server BBI sits on with over 6k visitors in under an hour. The link was rightfully pulled and the server panted along for another hour before regaining consciousness.

I can only say thanks to the ‘Big Man’ above for giving me the sense to host the money maker elsewhere, and on that note here’s my 21 clicks.

Update: If I promised you a link and it’s not here then I’m sorry, the server crashed again as I was doing the list and its 3am here in the UK and I’m too damn tired to do anything about it now. Maybe tomorrow
